Richard was highly recommended to me by someone I work with and he exceeded my expectations. I recieved a friendly, professional, helpful and efficient service at a fair price. Although I could tell he was very busy, Richard was the only person who offered to sort my work car at such short notice when an urgent repair was needed, it's evident he is the type of person who goes out of his way to help people.
